From time to time I’ll post a quote from the fearless leader of the Dallas Cowboys that drive home just how clueless Jerry really is.
Some of the things this man says are unbelievable.

“Not one time with any head coach in 23 years does anyone have an authority to hire a football player, fire a football player, draft a football player, hire a coach, an assistant coach,” Jerry said. “In 20 years, not one coach has ever had it. I’ve always had it. I want to make that clear.”

Yes, Jerry you made what Jimmy wanted happen, but for God’s sake, admit someone else had the wisdom to advise you wisely with your investment in people. You are so full of self, it’s a mental disease.

Knowing that, it’s really no surprise that both franchises are struggling to put together any type of real success.
