- 13 years without a playoff win.
- Haven’t had a winning record in December since 1996.
- Embarrassing circus that engulfs this franchise. – Reality TV shows, etc.
-A team without passion or leaders.

THE PROBLEM

A horrible General Manager. A General Manager shapes, molds and creates the team. One of the most important positions in a football franchise, and now is the time for a new one.

GM Jerry Jones simply is insufficient because of these two reasons:

1. Jerry himself is a subpar team developer/personnel guy, and

2. Jerry refuses to relinquish control.

*** Jerry can’t build a winner, but refuses to relinquish control to someone who can build a winner.

A new head coach or assistant coach does little because:
1. Jerry hires ‘Yes-men’ to feed Jerry’s authority
2. Jerry also Undermines the Head Coach- Hires Jason Garrett before Head Coach.
2a. Signs players that Head Coach doesn’t authorize.
2b. Players circumvent coaches and complain straight to Jerry.

Overall, it’s Jerry’s way, his way is ineffective, Jerry will not allow another way…and the losing will continue.

We have had enough of the losing and the circus-environment resulting from Jerry’s way. We need a new GM bring Super Bowl #6.

THE SOLUTION

It’s up to us fans to apply enough pressure to make Jerry Jones hire a GM.

Here’s How:

1. Sign the Petition
2. Don’t buy Cowboys-related paraphernalia. Don’t go to Cowboys games. Less money in Jerry’s pocket can influence Jerry to change his ways.
3. Spread the Message – It’s limitless. Any creative way you can imagine.
a. Changing Your Internet Avatar to a Anti-Jerry Jones one – Contact us, we’ll help you create one.
b. My Space/Friendster/Facebook Status – Make it say something like “Trying to Hire a New Cowboys GM”
c. Sig Lines – Same thing
d. Word of Mouth to fellow Cowboys fans.
e. Anything you can imagine – T-shirts, billboards, etc…

OUR CAUSE IS SMALL, BUT GROWING WITH EVERY LOSS, EVERY EMBARRASSMENT, EVERY DEBACLE…
